Human access

Accessibility

Updated August 21, 2026

Our approach

We design for different devices, input methods, sensory needs, movement, attention, language, and levels of technical familiarity. We use plain language where possible and try to preserve human review when an automated result can affect a person.

Features on this company site

Camera and physical interactions

A camera, NFC tag, QR code, or physical task will not work equally well for every person or situation. Product teams and participating organizations should provide a reasonable alternative when a camera assessment, gesture, device capability, or physical movement creates a barrier. Contact us to request an alternative format, assessment path, or other accommodation.

Known limitations

Some linked product demos and third-party destinations may not yet meet the same accessibility target as this company site. Camera analysis may also be affected by lighting, device performance, positioning, mobility, or assistive equipment. We are working to describe those limits clearly and avoid treating a difficult capture as proof of a person's ability.

Feedback and accommodations

If something is difficult to see, hear, understand, navigate, or operate, tell us what page or feature you were using, the device and browser if known, and the accommodation that would help. Email connectwithus@cookcredit.com.
