Privacy Policy

Effective August 21, 2026

1. Scope

This Policy covers cookcredit.com and CookCredit services that link to it. A product-specific notice may provide more detail and will control when it describes a particular collection or use more specifically.

2. Information we collect

Company-site activity. Standard server and security logs may include IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, timestamps, and error information.

Contact information. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message, such as your name, email address, organization, and the content of your request.

Account and product information. A CookCredit product may collect account details, organization settings, product configuration, support history, and records needed to provide the feature you request.

Camera and skill information. When you affirmatively begin and submit a camera-based experience, the product may process or upload the recording and derive measurements such as landmarks, motion, timing, technique signals, consistency, or a score. The capture screen and Biometric Notice explain the applicable collection.

Toque interactions. Toque may record a tag, QR, or RFID identifier; time; configured action; outcome; approximate network and device information; and the authenticated creator responsible for the touchpoint. This supports attribution, security, troubleshooting, and audit history.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide requested features; calculate and explain product output; keep actions attributable and auditable; operate accounts and support; secure our products; prevent fraud and misuse; troubleshoot problems; understand performance; comply with law; and improve the reliability and usefulness of our services.

We do not use sensitive camera information for a materially different purpose without the notice or consent required for that new purpose.

4. Camera information and model improvement

A product will state whether a recording remains on the device, is uploaded for server-side analysis, or may be used for product or model improvement. A practice experience and a paid or organization-managed assessment may use different defaults. We do not assume that visiting the company homepage gives permission to use camera information.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information with service providers that help us operate hosting, storage, authentication, security, analytics, email, support, and payment functions; with an organization when you use a service through that organization and the product tells you; when you direct an integration or action; when legally required; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described at collection, security and audit needs, active accounts, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Product settings or notices may provide a more specific period. Biometric information follows the schedule in the Biometric Notice and any point-of-collection release.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of personal information; object to or limit certain processing; withdraw consent going forward; or appeal a privacy decision. You may also unsubscribe from promotional email. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Send a request to connectwithus@cookcredit.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

8. Cookies and controls

The company site may use strictly necessary storage for security and basic operation. A product may use additional authentication, preference, or performance storage and should provide the choices required where it is offered. We honor legally recognized browser privacy signals where applicable.

9. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including encrypted transport, access controls, scoped credentials, logging, and managed cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The company site is intended for a general audience, but camera-based assessments and biometric collection are not directed to children. Where a product requires a user to be 18 or older, that requirement appears before capture. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate permission.

11. International use

CookCredit is based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our service providers, subject to applicable safeguards.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as our products change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. For privacy questions or requests, email connectwithus@cookcredit.com.
